I. Core Attribute Description
This random blind box is a combination sale of fixed-quantity physical brand squishy products, with no lottery or gambling elements involved. It is sold at three fixed prices: ¥79, ¥99, and ¥129, where each price corresponds to a fixed quantity of brand squishies (specific quantities are indicated on the product details page). All products are finished physical items—consumers will receive all brand squishies in the corresponding blind box immediately after purchase. There is no such scenario as "not winning a prize" or "no physical product"; the purchase is based on the inherent value of the products, not for the purpose of obtaining uncertain returns.
II. Product Scope
All products in the blind box are brand squishies of equivalent value. Detailed styles can be viewed in the "Brand Category Column" on the website, but the product scope is not limited to the styles displayed in this column. Newly added brand squishy styles of the same value tier may also be included in the blind box combinations in the future. All squishies are officially authorized and produced by the brand, ensuring genuine product guarantee and consistent quality.
III. Squishy Value Rules
- The total value of squishies in each of the three priced blind boxes is not less than 1.2 times the corresponding selling price. Additionally, all squishies in each blind box are genuine brand products of the same value tier, with no low-quality filler products;
- The value of a single squishy is comprehensively determined with reference to the brand's official pricing, the market average price of similar products, and production costs. Squishies in blind boxes of the same price maintain consistency in core value dimensions such as material, craftsmanship, and size;
- The styles of squishies in the blind box are randomly assigned. The value difference between blind boxes of different prices is reflected in the quantity, size, and functional upgrades of the squishies (e.g., the ¥129 blind box contains more squishies or includes upgraded versions with special textures and slow rebound). However, all blind boxes guarantee the core commitment of "Value ≥ Selling Price × 1.2".
IV. Return and Exchange Policy
- The blind box contains randomly selected brand squishy combinations. Once opened, no reason-based returns or exchanges are allowed except for product quality issues;
- Unopened blind boxes can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt if they do not affect secondary sales. The shipping costs for return and exchange shall be borne by the consumer;
- If the received brand squishies have quality issues such as damage, deformation, peculiar smell, or rebound function failure, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt, providing physical product photos and order information. After verification, free return, exchange, or replacement will be provided, and the round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by the merchant;
- The merchant reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges caused by non-quality issues such as personal preference, unmet style expectations, or color differences.
